As we work towards upgrading our services and support options NET1Plus has temporarily changed the way we provide Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales Support. As of August 20, 2010 and continuing
through September 30th 2010, NET1Plus support will be provding support exclusively through our Help Desk System and our On Line Support System. We encourage customers to click on the Contact US or Live Support icon that appears above. You can also call us at the number listed below, however, we are operating with a small staff and you will likely have to leave a message during our high call volume times. Please know that we do return calls as quickly as possible and usually the same day, however, there are cases where we are not able to return calls until the next business day
