NET1Plus offers several al-a-carte DNS Services and Spam and Virus Protection Services for our customers.

MyDNS - MyDNS is a DNS Control Panel Service that allows the user complete control over the DNS records associated with their domain. MyDNS allows customers to make DNS record changes 24x7 without the need to contact the NET1Plus Network Operations Center. DNS changes can be made immediately or scheduled for some future date automatically with confirmation via email when the change has been completed. This is perfect for those MX or WWW record changes that have to be made during off-hours when IT staff rather be sleeping than waking up for 10 minutes at 2AM just to click a couple of buttons on a website. MyDNS is included free of charge with all domains that have a standard NET1Plus Web Hosting Package. It is also provided as a separate service for customers using our DNS Services only.

Barracuda/Spamguard Anti-Virus/Anti-SPAM Service - The NET1Plus Spamguard Service is complimentary to all standard NET1Plus Web Hosting or Dedicated Service Customers.   The Barracuda Servers consist of an array of servers that provide basic domain wide AV/AS protection.  Customers choose a level of protection that  generally meets the requirements for all users within their domain -- there are no per user settings or quarantine services available with this service.  The Barracuda/Spamguard service is for those customers that plan to or already have other AV/AS measures in place and would like an extra layer of protection.  

Postini Anti-Virus/Anti-SPAM Service - The NET1Plus/Postini service is a comprehensive AV/AS service provided by Postini, Inc. and resold by NET1Plus.  This service is aimed at customers that have their email hosted on NET1Plus servers and either have limited or no AV/AS protection and need a comprehensive service that provides per user control, per user quarantines as well as individual and domain wide white-list and  black-list.  Postini is by far one of the best AV/AS on the market today.
