How the Free Test Drive Works - The NET1Plus
Hosted Exchange Free 30 Day Test Drive couldn't be easier to set-up. When you
sign up for the service we will activate your account within minutes and it
will be ready for immediate use. You do not need to make any changes to your
current domain MX or DNS Records. What's more, you don't have to do it for
every mailbox/user in your domain. You can set it up for as many email
addresses as you like. What you will do is simply put a forwarding
address on your existing email account at your current ISP/Mail Server.
When mail is sent to you it will automatically be forwarded to the Hosted
Exchange Servers where you will be able to access it with Outlook Web Access
(OWA), Outlook 2003/2007 or your ActiveSync enabled wireless device -- and your
reply to address will stay as is so that the people you email to will see
your proper email address when they reply to you. At anytime during or
after the trial period you can continue to use the forwarding method, or you
can make MX record changes so that all of your users' email is handled by our
servers.
How the Billing Works - When you sign-up with
NET1Plus for the Hosted Exchange Service Plans your first 30 days of
service are FREE. During the free trial period you have full use of all
of the features and services available within the selected plan. You must
abide by all Terms of Service Agreements related to the service. A
complete Terms Of Service Agreement will be presented to you during the sign-up
process.
Although you are required to provide all of your billing, credit card and
contact information during the sign-up process, your credit card will not be
charged for the Free Trial Account. After the Free trial Period your
credit card will be debited for the first time on or about the monthly
anniversary of your sign-up date, and will be billed each subsequent month
until you cancel service. If you do not wish to continue using service
beyond your free trial, you must notify us as outline in the Term of Service
Agreement prior the end of the 30-Day Trial period. Your credit card
information is stored in a secure and encrypted manner and is removed from our
systems completely upon service cancellation.
